Situated in the busy business center in Leichhardt (Sydney’s ‘Little Italy’ well known for its Italian food) and surrounded by great restaurants , cafes,cinema and shops, we provide budget accommodation with great value.
All units in the building are similar. Some units may have common(shared) balcony. Some units do not have balcony. No room has private balcony. Each studio room has microwave, bar fridge and mini bar. Rooms are not big and especially suitable for one person to stay for longer time. For two person, Deluxe studio is more suitable than Standard studio.
Housekeeping is provided weekly or every stay but can provide extra cleaning with extra charge upon required.
Leichhardt is densely-populated suburb which is only 5KM from CBD. We are in the business center so everything is extremely handy but also please do not expect it is very quiet . Although we have quiet rooms not facing main road, we are not the best choice for quiet location. Also there will be plane noise during the day only but not at night. If you need quiet room, please notify us and we will try to suits your needs.
